Question 1

What is Nectara?

Accepted Answer

Nectara is a British honey brand built around careful selection, quality and transparency. Our philosophy is simple: nature provides the product, careful observation provides understanding, and evidence informs our decisions.

Question 2

How do you select your honey?

Accepted Answer

We consider each honey's flavour, aroma, texture and overall character alongside the information available about its sourcing. Selection is deliberate rather than routine.

Question 3

Where does Nectara honey come from?

Accepted Answer

Origin information will be shared where appropriate and once approved for public release. Details will be published with the first batch.

Question 4

What does small batch mean?

Accepted Answer

It describes our approach: releasing honey in identifiable batches, each with its own information, rather than as an anonymous, continuous product.

Question 5

Will batch information be available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We intend to publish information for each batch as it is released. Details will be published with the relevant batch.

Question 6

How do you approach quality?

Accepted Answer

Through careful evaluation, documentation and measured decision-making. We will only describe what we can stand behind.

Question 7

When will Nectara launch?

Accepted Answer

We are preparing for our first batch. Join the launch list and we'll let you know as soon as it is available.

Question 8

Where will Nectara ship?

Accepted Answer

Shipping details will be confirmed ahead of launch.

Question 9

How should honey be stored?

Accepted Answer

Keep honey sealed at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Natural crystallisation over time is normal.

Question 10
